Kay's coaching begins with teaching her clients the principles of physical & inner strength. The same strength and commitment that it takes to ‘transform’ the human body is used to achieve anything and everything one desires. By combining nutrition with physical, mental and emotional strength one can create amazing results and an overall healthy lifestyle!
She's a life and fitness coach/fitness and wellness spokesperson. Kay designs new and exciting workouts for her clients to continuously heighten their physical abilities and assist in goal creation for their healthy lifestyle maintenance. She's a writer and speaker on various fitness and wellness topics including but not limited to: prenatal and post pregnancy, mental health in conjunction with physical exercise, creating the best body one could ever imagine and others.
Kay is a 7 year fitness professional certified thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She's also fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic.
