Vie is a progressive environment dedicated to forward thought and experimental fitness. We are innovative and modern in our approach making change not just a possibility, but a visible reality. With two floors and over 5,000 square feet of space, our gym is open and ideal for the working exploration of each client and their trainer.
Training at Vie does not fall into a black-and-white category; it is constantly in motion, fueled by a combination of 21st century-integrated methods (unpolluted by 20th century bulking machines) and your body's reactions to these practices. Primary tools such as kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rings, boxing equipment and a variety of other weights found the externalization of strength training. We incorporate continuous methods of resistance alongside pulling, pushing, throwing, jumping, kicking, and other actions necessary to drive your body into its natural state of athleticism.
At Vie, instructors outline physical analysis through science and research – theorizing what methods might work, trying them, editing and sometimes fusing them based on the results acquired. No one here will sit you down on a machine and count to 10. You don't need a trainer for that – and if you feel otherwise, our gym is not what you're looking for.
